I'm trying to find my way in the documents but I can't really find what I'm looking for.

My wish is to create a page in the back-end where the admin can create objects from a model with a form. These objects will be displayed on the front-end.

Is there anyone who can help me getting this started? It would be awesome if there already was a plugin that makes this work.

Just to confirm that we're on the same page, let's take an example project. A website for a furniture shop. So we'll have a table for furniture inventory to which rows can be added/removed/edited through the CMS' backend, is this right?

If so, I too am looking for some introduction to this.

I'm in the same boat. I've got my backend setup. (That wasn't an easy thing to figure out but the documentation is helpful.) And I have components set up. I'm at a loss for figuring out how to tie the two together and there doesn't seem to be anything in the documentation that explains that.

Yes Khalid, that's exactly what I mean.

All I want is to make a model object (for example a table) where I can add proporties to like color, size, weight... And so I would like to make multiple rows from that object in the back-end so I could add, remove or edit those objects at anytime and show them on my website.

I can't find a tutorial/documentation that explains that.

Is there anyone with some more experience in OctoberCMS that can help me (or us).

I think what we are looking for is here: https://octobercms.com/docs/database/model Unfortunately, it doesn't look as simple as I had hoped. Maybe someone can make a tutorial explaining it.

I found this digging around the plugins section of the forum. The second answer was very helpful: https://octobercms.com/forum/post/created-plugin-in-backend-how-to-acces-the-content-in-fronted
