Hey. Link libraries PHPQUERY, and gives me an error

Undefined property: DOMDocument::$tagName

$doc = phpQuery::newDocument($out); // Получаем содержимое страницы $url готовое для обратбокт phpQuery
$detal =  $doc->find('.summary-row ');
foreach ($detal as $element) {

    $pq = pq($element);
    echo $pq;

}
