Hello huys. I'm having a little problem in sending emails

Every time I do an operation such as:

• Restore the password.

I get this error message: Class mailer does not exist

Anyone have any suggestions?

What do you have for your email settings under backend > system > settings > email configuration?

I have just started getting this error in the latest October version and it is very frustrating because I cant find what has changed since the last working version, maybe there is a new setting that it requires for example. I think this will need the authors to have a look please. By the way, it was working with a full patched version. It just does not work with a completely new installation.

Josh, your email settings are correct, the problem is in fact not be finding the Mail class, as it is instantiated in the application.

Thanks axomat, I just opened a new issue on GitHub here.

I have updated October using the backend system update and now my mail command which previously produced Mailer class does not exist, now produces this message Maximum function nesting level of '100' reached, aborting! C:\wamp2\www\october2\vendor\composer\ClassLoader.php line 312 (Also posted to the GitHub issue.)
