Ok, so the first install from wizard left me unable to scaffold. The second install, also from wizard, left me unable to log in to the backend even though the site recognized my username and password as valid. I reinstalled a third time, this one from the command line. The result? I can log into the backend but I get nothing but a blank page. The default theme is working, and I get my name in the upper right corner along with the Settings link in the upper left. Except it's not a link. Clicking it does nothing. Typing anything into the search bar does nothing. I have no options below the search bar. Just... blank. Someone tell me that OctoberCMS really is a thing and that I'm not wasting my time fiddling with this as opposed to Concrete.
