Is there a way to change the backend favicon without manually replace the file at modules/backend/assets/images/favicon.png?

Replacing this file is not a good practice as it would be replaced on the next deployment.

So how what is the recommended approach to change the backend favicon?

And how to change the front-end favicon? I tried to put favicon.ico to project-name/public directory. and link it in default.htm layout. seems not work .

You can edit the title by changing the nav.htm partials where it says

class="navbar-brand" href="{{ 'home'|page }}">Flat
