Installed Rainlab forum, replicated forum pages setup from Vanilla theme and everything appeared to be working. Then I clicked post a new forum topicand instead of mysite.com/forum/topic/spring-trees?channel=9 I got an 404 error with the url like mysite.com/category/default?channel=9.

The right page is there, even though there is no styling for the forms but I noticed that wrong URL gets altered by category page URL. If I delete it, post topic URL becomes mysite.com/?channel=9

I have not tested this plugin, but theoretically there should be no conflicts

Either am I missing to set up something or the category URL has an effect on the forum topic URL. By default the wrong forum topic URL is /category/default?channel=9( channel ID) and when I delete the category page URL, category/default dissapears from the wrong topic URL too.

When I thought I forgot to leave a good review, as the theme is good - for shure worths more than the 5 bucks I've paid for it -, I guess I am out of luck. I can't use it to fulfill my needs. Should have checked that before deciding to move my site from wordpress.
