I checked, it's enabled globally and also the unsplash checkox.

I don't have pixie image editor, could it be the reason ?

no, pixie is "enabled" but over each image is placed watermark and limited use only for resize, crop etc. no full features...

Stange, I don't know why databank don't appear so. I have enabled it, also enabled unsplash, and when I go in the media manager, no additionnal toolbar, no error in the console.... See here :
