You defineProperties as 'post_id' , yet on line 140 you are looking for slug and not post_id, change post_id to slug?
I also notice the SEO optimizer is blank in the latest october cms rc

the plugin uses ::url() which now has no affect as its been Deprecated, which may be the problem
mmmm, no that's not it. url is still a valid L5 helper. But that was a helpful comment and made me review that optimizer js file. I will have a change here shortly for you to test.

can you reload and inspect the page and see if there are any console errors that appear to be related?

the only console errors now is null and a 0
no other info, have noticed this when using october cms site map when selecting problog category
the url is wrong see below
the same thing happens when using the pages menu to generate a menu
