While making the project sync via terminal I got this error:

I am using OctoberCMS V 2.1.8

In Connection.php line 669:

SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1071 Specified key was t oo long; max key length is 1000 bytes (SQL: alter table radiantweb_blog_po sts add index radiantweb_blog_posts_slug_index(slug))

How can I fix this? Some help will be Wellcome!
