I keep checking for updates but the plugin keeps saying installed, refreshing but its not there.

Have you checked to make sure all required plugins are also installed?

  • User plugin by RainLab
  • Location plugin by RainLab
  • UserPlus plugin by RainLab
  • Frontend Roles Manager plugin by TreeFiction
