Hi, Ive added the component to the layout file and i have the {% scripts%} {% styles%} tags but ive got nothing popping up.

Any Ideas?

Hi, Do you set the campaign as "Test" status?

Hi, thank you for your responce. Ye tried it using "Test" also but not popping up. Opened a new Private browsing window and checked and also not showing.

Hi any updates on this. I still cant get any popups working.

In the logs there is this error, but i think its to do with bots.

ErrorException: Undefined index: HTTP_USER_AGENT in /home/public_html/plugins/indikator/popup/classes/BotDetection.php:47

Hi, Sorry for delay. Does the default HTML layout of webpage contain the "{% component 'launchPopup' %}" code?

I fixed this issue. Please update the plugin.

Hi ye contains the {% component 'launchPopup' %}. Still nothing unfortunately. Ill have a look into see if theres anything blocking it like some scripts i have running.

Could you send me an account for your website? I want to test the settings of plugin.

I removed it and re installed and all worked ok. Must have been something with the install...
