Your project deserves continuity

Most of the people who reach us share the same story: a site built years ago by a developer who's no longer around, stuck on v1 or v2, with no clear path forward. The original team disappeared or stopped responding, technical debt has been piling up, and every new request comes back with vague scope and a surprise on the invoice.

If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

What we do

  • Version migrations — v1 → v3, v3 → v4. Done in stages, with rollback plans, never in a single risky jump.
  • Project rescue & takeover — full technical audit, gradual (visible or invisible) handover from your previous provider, and complete assumption of responsibility for the codebase.
  • Plugin & component development — backend behaviors, form widgets, Tailor blueprints, AJAX handlers, REST APIs.
  • Frontend modernization — Tailwind CSS v4 + Alpine.js on top of Twig, replacing aging Vue/jQuery stacks when it makes sense.
  • Long-term maintenance — tiered monthly retainers covering security patches, uptime monitoring, automated backups and a guaranteed bucket of development hours.

How we work

This is the part most clients tell us they couldn't find anywhere else:

  1. Every requirement is quoted before we start. You see the scope, the hours and the price. No open-ended hourly meters, no "we'll see how long it takes."
  2. Every quote needs your written approval. Nothing gets executed until you say yes. No surprise items in the invoice at the end of the month.
  3. The bugs we ship, we fix on us. If a defect shows up later from work we delivered, fixing it is covered by the original quote. We don't bill our own bugs as new hours.

That's the contract. Senior rate at $120/hr, fixed quote per task, and the bugs we cause stay on our side of the invoice.

Who we are

A compact two-person engineering team based in Galicia, Spain. 10+ years inside the October ecosystem, 50+ production projects shipped across Spain, Argentina, Panama, USA and Mexico. You talk directly to the engineer writing your code — no project managers, no account layers, no junior pass-through.

If your project is outdated, stalled or simply being neglected, there's a good chance we can help. The first conversation is free and almost always ends with a clear next step — even if that step is not hiring us.
