I am just looking at migrating an existing app to October CMS, and I have noticed that the default table field names and labels for the user address fields have a decidedly USA slant to them, specifically the ZIP field and the STATE field.

If we are to use OctoberCMS outside of the USA these fields should be internationalized and/or contextualized.

Is there an easy way to re-factor these fields? How about plans for the future to contextualize these fields? (so that in USA you have State and Zip, but Canada you have Province and Postal Code)

The same is true for Australia, we use "postal code" instead of Zip but we generally adapt to the USA terminology. It is possible to rename the labels by overriding the language files.

See the Localization documentation on how to do this at the app level.
