Has anybody encountered problems with private plugins/themes with a codebase on github? As instructed, I have added "octoberapp" as a collaborator to the repo, but pull attempts fail with "unable to clone from supplied git address. Please check the address and try again."

@cjk how did you add the octobercms user? I have a bitbubket repo and need to add the user but it asks for an email address. Any ideas?
