Updating to the latest MDB version
Replace all the asset in the following folders:
- css
- font
- img
- js
- scss
- mdb-addons (if available)
Always do this on a test server to avoid any breaking changes to your live sites. See the change log and make the necessary changes to your theme.

Found the theme not useful on 13 May, 2018
Pure garbage. Essential components are not available in the free version. Basically you'll find yourself the middle of your project needing the paid version which is $150 BTW. Also it's a very heavy framework, it has nothing to do with the light principles of material design. You're better off with the simple material design or bootstrap 4.
