hello, im using magic forms to send contact info, but the mails are getting rejected in the backend with the error

550 5.4.1 All recipient addresses rejected : Access denied.

when i switched to default theme and used the same components, everything works fine. so i've tested with multiple other free themes which all works as well. any pointers will be much appreciated.
