it happens everytime that I click on save.

I am hosting site in ubuntu.

any idea how to solve it?

Probably the web server settings are to blame. Obviously, the $SERVER superglobal variable is not given by the web server. Look at this article https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4574064/serverhttp-host-not-set. Thanks for the report, I will add processing of this exception soon.
