I understand this plugin does not have any connection to front-end, but Is there any possibility to read users' emails and answer them using this plugin? if so, then how? how can i connect this plugin to my inbox and where am i going to find emails sent by my users, please clarify and thank you

this plugin is for your client and his cooworkers (backend users) to create support tickets, for bugs, feature requests and so on. Obviously if this is your site and you are main client, than this is useless.

It is not meant for front-end users in any means.
