This is my first October2 installation, I have:

  1. paid the October2 license,
  2. created a fresh installation with that license,
  3. paid for the profile plugin,
  4. Run php artisan plugin:install kurtjensen.profile
  5. Get Authority to provide product "kurtjensen/profile-plugin" could not be found

Please can you tell me what I have done wrong?
