I tried to use your plugin with the newest version of october. I implemented a simple plugin and changed the yaml fields to use your maps widgets:

address:
    label: Address
    type: address-locator
latlng:
    label: Location
    type: location-selector
    height: 450px
    width: 100%

Problem: The address finder does not suggest addresses. I'm also not getting any javascript errors in the console. What am I missing?

Ok, I had to activate the "Places API" in Googles API manager. Maybe you can update that in your documentation.
