Hi. Have you attached the project ID to your installation?
In your https://octobercms.com/account/project/dashboard select the project you've attached the plugin to.
If you haven't the add the plugin to a project.
In console type then php arisan project:sync

We have 3 sites with this licence key: -local -preprod -production
I try install plugin to local site
OK, this is a problem with you'r octobercms configuration - have you done php artisan october:install heres a detailed information https://octobercms.com/docs/setup/installation#install-october
If not run this command - then you'll be asked to place the license key. If you have installed it run this command and place the license key inside it php artisan project:set <license key>
