Add this component to your desired layout or page and configure it to point to your page. That's all you will have a functional Facebook Messenger icon on the right side. When users click it, a pop-up will open and the user will be able to write to your page.
There is no special requirements for this plugin. All you have to do is to enter your page URL on the component set-up fields. Optionally, you can select a default locale for the widget.
The page url has to be a Facebook Page. Groups and Profiles are not accepted.
