I have all these settings turned on:

'enableRoutesCache' => true, 
'enableAssetCache' => true, 
'enableAssetDeepHashing' => false,

My website still loads slow, and isn't caching or minifying the files. I also have debug mode turned off, so I'm not really sure what's the issue. Here is my website if you're curious; www.ferrorods.us. Thanks
