Could someone please explain how I can have a separate WYSIWYG editor (Rich Editor) for each editable area of a CMS page within the Backend?

Each page within the site is a three column layout (Left Column, Middle Column and Right Column) and I would like to have a separate WYSIWYG editor (Rich Editor) for editing the content of each column within any existing page or when a new page is created. Is this achievable with the basic CMS pages (/pages), rather than installing the Static Pages plugin?

I'd be most grateful if someone could explain how to achieve this please.
