Hey guys, first of all apologies if this is posted in the incorrect location.

Everything I've researched seems to indicate to use the RainLab.User plugin for Frontend User Access (Registration etc.)

Following through I noticed after sign in it is supposed to redirect to the actual users Account (they are now signed in). However having just freshly installed October and the Plugin, you can register and it notes it has been registered (in the database) however the actual /account page doesn't redirect to show it being logged in (unless you hit a Force Refresh). The same holds true for logging in with a pre-existing account, however Logout works and redirects as intended.

Is this something that is known (not listed on the Git page for Issues) or has anyone experienced this before?

For reference, literally no code has been changed (bar MySQL DB Connection Details) and everything is a brand new fresh install, both October and the User plugin.

For correct redirect you must config all fields of the user componet.

For complete transparency this has been done. The relevant :slug was added where necessary and pages changed from the default 404 to the specific.

Ran through the video guide 100% (multiple times to verify) that everything was correct, however the vid is actually slightly different to the new version.
