i am using rainlab forum plugin i need support & advise for the following:- :)

• I set myself as moderator, posting topics, after creating 3 topics, it says, please wait for a few minutes, i want to know from where i can set the timings or turn off this barrier..i mean i dont want forum to make the users wait for posting topics continuously..!
• Can we use smilies/icons on forum somehow ?
• Can we add rich editor with the reply box, and topic posting box
• Can we add delete button to delete the topic entirely.
• Can we add user satistics like who is online, activities etc.
• Can we have features to approve the post before it appears
• is there any plugin to extend the rainlab forum plugin

please help me if you know anything about above, any plugin which can extend this plugin with more features... thanks..

would be nice to have some more functionality in the forum plugin... 1+ for the delete entire topic and some editor... ;)
