Hi.

I'm trying to install October via CLI in Vagrant (with VirtualBox provider) environment. Command composer create-project october/october myoctober dev-master causes an error:

[InvalidArgumentException]                                       
Could not find package october/october with version dev-master.  

create-project [-s|--stability STABILITY] [--prefer-source] [--prefer-dist] [--repository-url REPOSITORY-URL] [--dev] [--no-dev] [--no-plugins] [--no-custom-installers] [--no-scripts] [--no-progress] [--keep-vcs] [--no-install] [--ignore-platform-reqs] [--] [<package>] [<directory>] [<version>]

What i do wrong?

The problem solved itself. Probably, I was faced with some unique bug.
