But how do i get back to normal view of my page?

You are still on the same page - just the component tag was replaced with it's template content.

Cmd+Z (Ctrl+Z on Windows?) to return to original tag view.

Yeah, i know. But I like to keep my editor clean. So I would like to close the component view as soon as I'm done with it. Not that big of a deal but I figured you should be able to close it if you can open it. Lol.

I think you actually do not OPEN component - double click just replace original {% component %} tag with it's content in code editor window.

I believe that there is nothing, that can be "closed"...
