I would like to add a Heading section to the Backend -> Settings -> Editor Settings -> Markup Classes, so that I can define CSS classes that apply to H1, H2, H3 etc.

I can see that it's stored within the backend_editor_settings column of the system_settings table, but I can't work out how to add a new section.

I assumed that it would simply be a case of editing a YAML file somewhere.
