Dear Community, I'm still new to October and have limited experience in Laravel, but I want to create a project that uses both October AND Laravel. What would be the best way for me to set this up? Install Laravel first and then install October in a folder somewhere in the Laravel folders?

Sorry for the newb question! Best regards, -Luca Ban

Hi there, October is based on Laravel itself. So essentially, when you install October, you pretty much have a Laravel Installation along with it. OctoberCMS add more functionality on top of a basic Laravel installation. Everything you know about Laravel should work as intended in October too.
