I have bought the plugin, I have left multiple messages.

This doesnt seem to work on a fresh install with the latest build. I need to get this working!!!

It doesn't seem to work out of the box or an issue with something I have done. I know you don't have much time but please could you spare 20 mins to look at this question.

I have paid money for this plugin and I expect some level of support.
