The Contact form isn't fully plugged in. The JS isn't loaded into the theme by default, and the submit target is non-existent. These incorrect references should be updated or removed.

I can confirm this. I'm unable to configure this theme to properly send an email to my email address when a form is submitted. If anyone know how to deal with this, please let me and the other know.
