Hello All, I'm a project manager without much experience with PHP Laravel. We are developing a membership directory website with three user types. Like your typical directory website, each user has different access and features associated with their membership type. Two users are free. One user is paid.

The PHP Laravel company we're hiring said they'd recommend a custom CMS for our application. They said that the user controller is basic for October and has some concerns about the user management vs. going custom CMS.

Does anyone have any insight or links that could help me address this point? Is this the case with October? I'd think a membership site with three or 4 users types would be fairly manageable with any system these days.

Thoughts??? Thank you!!

Hi, just curious to know if you ended up using OctoberCMS for your member site?
