Hi there is there anyone that is able to develop modules/plugins or whatever we would need to build a system for our company, we are a plumbing and electrical engineers company, we have the basic things setup such as pages etc in october cms but we need more in depth items building including:

• Manage engineers ( basically we also want a engineer login portal separate to the normal admin section where engineers can log in and view/manage there jobs, they will need to be able to login with there engineer number and a 4 digit pin, we need to able to Manage these from the admin section, we need to be able to manage there availability, set unavailable dates and the areas in the uk they can cover, manage the category and issues they cover)
• Manage job types - so in here we can manage the job category ie plumbing electrical etc and there issues ie in plumbing the issue could be a leaking tap, we need to be able to set a duration and start from price as well.
• Manage payments/invoices, we want to be able to manage customers invoices, add products from our catalogue and services to the invoices and payments, quotes, payment gateway to take invoice payments over the phone or etc
• Jobs section where it lists all of the appointments, manage appointments, manage revisit appointments - if we have to return to the job to do further work, re-accruing appointments - so any jobs that happen on a regular basis we can set the dates when we will do them
• Product catalogue - here we need to be able to add our products we use, there price and custom spec fields for use on the quote system below, also to be used when we create an invoice.
• Settings for all the sections in the site such as vat rate, invoice settings, job settings etc

We need the front end building as follows:

• Customer login area - they need to be able to manage there appointments, pay any outstanding balance, manage details, manage addresses, manage quotes, accept quotes, make an appointment,
• Book online system - this needs to work similar to our old site www.utilitypros.co.uk/old/book-online where you select the category and then you select the issue and your location, based on this info it then shows you available time slots, when a time slot is chosen a engineer auto appointed to the job, the issues need to be created in the admin section where we can set what the price starts from and a duration, so if a appointment was booked for an issue that was set for a duration of 1 hour the appointed engineer would be unavailable for that hour, that doesn't mean that time slot is unavailable though because for example a time slot of 9 - 1 could take 4 1 hour appointments if that makes sense, or there may be more than 1 engineer that covers that area and category/issue.
• Quote system - we need to comprehensive quote system building so that if they follow the process it will automatically give them an instant quote: So they would choose a category ie plumbing electrical etc (using images) Choose there quote type ie central heating install etc (using images) (we need to be able to create a base value for the quote so for central heating all prices start from 1999 etc, this needs to be able to be done in the admin section. Then it would ask questions that we set in the admin area that carry a value to the final quote We need to be able to set a series of questions that based on all the answers it selects a product from our catalogue that is suitable for example the questions could ask how many rooms is there, how many bathrooms and if there was 6 rooms and 2 bathrooms then it could for eg select a boiler from our catalog that does 6 - 8 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
